IT Support

At Milfords we work regularly with Windows and Mac systems and can provide out experience in terms of support for your company in both hardware and software fault resolution.  We offer ah-hoc support for an hourly fee (available on request), or can provide the following three levels of support contract.

 

  • Rapid Response
    Under this contract Milfords responds to all fault reported within 4 hours and will work for an unlimited amount of time free of charge, onsite and offsite as required.  This agreement does not cover any additional costs such as software of hardware expenses, these will be provided to the client before purchase
    Starting from £200 / month
  • Standard Support
    Under this contract Milfords responds to all faults within 1 working day and works for up to 4 hours on each individual fault free of charge, including onsite or offsite as required.  This agreement does not cover any additional costs such as software or hardware expenses, these will be provide to the client before purchase
    Starting from £100 / month
  • Remote support
    Under this contract Milfords will respond to all faults within 1 working day, and will work for up to 1 hour on each fault offsite ONLY (onsite if required is charged at standard rate).  This agreement does not cover any additional costs such as software or hardware expenses, these will be provided to the client before purchase.
    Starting from just £50 / month
